Glits and glam is surely not all that being Miss Cape Coast youth is about. Having this title encouraged me to help so much people and made me see how blessed I am.
In this time of reigning as Miss Cape Coast Youth I did some charity work, had some fun photo shoots and met a lot of awesome people. My first project was visiting Huis Helena in St Helena bay, a home for disabled children. Those little people opened my eyes to a whole different side of life and being grateful for what I have. Other project was visiting Siyabonga, an orphanage in Moorreesburg and so much more.
As an individual wearing this crown you have to be passionate about charity work and helping where ever you can, it requires a queen to get off her throne and help the needy. It will give you and those people you help so much joy.
God gave us the gift of wonderful talents and how we use it is our gift back to Him. Use your God-given modeling talent to start helping others. You can make an even bigger difference then I made in my year of Miss Cape Coast, but it starts with you.
The youth of today is the future of tomorrow, start making your footprint.
